Jonas Hollon Lee County Author Jonas I. Hollon, celebrated Lee County author, is a retired school teacher from the Lee County School System, with 36 years of service. Hollon still resides in Lee County, and regularly contributes his "Tales from the Cornfield" column to the Three Forks Tradition newspaper. Hollon's writing often deals with growing up in Lee County in the Great Depression era, when a sense of humor was essential to survival.
