- ALBERTA FRALEY
Alberta Isaacs Fraley, beloved wife of the late Charles E. Fraley, passed away August 26, 2005 at the Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, OH.
She was born June 21, 1923 in Lee County, KY, to the late Jennie Johnson Isaacs Van Hart and Roy Isaacs. She was always a full time homemaker, who loved cooking, raising flowers, decorating her home and writing poetry.
She was devoted mother of Saundra Giannini, Pamela McDaniel, Terry Keys; loving grandmother of Jennifer Giannini, Thomas, Douglas and Lori Beyersdoerfer, Eric and Angie Horner, Christopher Smith, Thomas and Tim McDaniel, Julie and Erin Gresham and Brandon Keys; dear sister of Irene Friend, William and Ray Isaacs and Ann Foster.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, and two daughters, Judith Horner and Connie Gresham, brothers, Bradley and Roscoe Isaacs and William G. Van Hart.
Services were held Tuesday, August 30, 2005 at the Vorhis Funeral Home, Springdale, OH. Burial was in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Springdale.
Pallbearers were grandsons Eric Horner, Christopher Smith, Thomas and Tim McDaniel and nephews, Dennis and Claude Fraley.

CLARICE PRICE
Clarice (Creech) Price, 63 of Eastside Apartments, Booneville, KY, wife of Harold Price, passed away Monday, September 19, 2005 at the Pattie A. Clay Regional Medical Center in Richmond, KY.
She was born in Owsley County, KY on September 24, 1941, to the late Andy and Hailey (Oliver) Creech. She was a homemaker and attended the Warrens Chapel United Methodist Church.
Along with her husband of 45 years, she is survived by two daughters, Barbara (& Timmy) Brandenburg of Vincent, KY, and Judy (& Billy) Goe of Beattyville, KY; and granddaughter, Michelle Brandenburg of Vincent, KY; two brothers, Jack and John Creech, both of Beattyville, KY; two sisters, Mabel Dople of Williamsburg, KY, Evelyn Strunk of OH; and a host of friends and relatives.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Eugene Creech and one sister, Georgia Murrell.
Funeral services for Clarice Price will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2005 at 1 p.m. in the Booneville Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. J. Jamison Brunk officiating. Burial will be in the Combs Cemetery, Vincent, KY with Booneville Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

ROBERT LEE MCINTOSH, JR.
Robert Lee McIntosh, Jr., (Bob), 57, of Beattyville, KY, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, September 18, 2005 at his residence from natural causes.
He was born November 29, 1947 in Lee County, KY. Bob was a former Hoover employee of 10+ years and a veteran US soldier having served in Korea. His smiling face and caring loving soul warmed everyone’s heart and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Survivors are one daughter, Angie McIntosh Addision and husband Delbert Jr.; two grandchildren, Joey Morris and Breanna Addison all of Beattyville; his mother Elizabeth Gross and husband Elmer of Beattyville; four sisters, Slyvia Caudell and husband Arnold of Beattyville, Martha Holland of Beattyville, Janice Debs and husband Vern of Amarillo, TX and Nancy Turner and husband Mike of Beattyville; one sister-in-law, Daisy McIntosh of Stamping Ground, KY; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relative and friends.
Funeral services for Bob McIntosh will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2005 at 10 a.m. in the Newnam Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. William Owens officiating. Burial will be in the Spencer Cemetery in Lee County, KY with Newnam Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be Delbert Addison Jr., Delbert Addison Sr., Kenny Brewer, Timothy Fox, Lawrence Fox, Kenneth McIntosh, and Steve Perkins.

JANICE GAYLE MIRACLE
Janice Gayle Miracle, 57, of Beattyville, KY, passed away Friday, September 16, 2005 at her residence.
She was born February 24, 1948 in Lee CountSurvivors are two sons, Leonard Ross Jr. and Rodney S. Ross both of Beattyville, KY; grandchildren, LaTasha Ross, LaShanda Ross, Dakota Ross and Hunter Ross, all of Beattyville, KY; brothers, Clyde Gilbert and Rex Gilbert both of Beattyville, KY; sisters, Freida Beard, Loretta Barker and Mary Joyce Kincaid all of Beattyville, KY.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Yvonne Tackett and Betty Whisman.
Funeral services for Janice Gayle Miracle were held Sunday, September 18, 2005 at 2 p.m. in the Newnam Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. William Owens officiating. Burial was in the Riverview Cemetery in Beattyville, KY.
Pallbearers were Red Stamper, Chris Griffin, Greg McIntosh, Paul Samples, Ferrell Wise, Gary Griffin, Herman Griffin Jr.. and Ronald Mays.

BILL THOMAS
Bill Thomas, age 99 of 233 South Fork Road, passed away Friday, September 16, 2005 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY.
He was born October 1, 1905 to Millard and Cora Thomas. He grew up in the small community of Pine Grove in Beattyville where he attended elementary school and attended high school at Beechwood Presbyterian Seminary Boarding School in Heidelberg, KY. He married Imogene Snowden, also of Pine Grove, on January 19, 1929.
He is survived by seven children; Billy Gene Thomas (Ora Lee) of Irvine, KY, Marlene Thorpe of Frankfort, KY, Bob Thomas of Beattyville, KY, Sue Hatton (Carl) of Frankfort, KY, Donald Thomas (Yvonne) of Frankfort, KY, Larry Thomas (Patty) of Frankfort, KY, Michael Thomas (Marcia) of Beattyville, KY; sixteen grandchildren, Peggy, Debbie, Sharon, Karen, Jeffrey, Denise, Cindy, Lisa, Angie, Beth, Shannon, Bronwyn, Adam, Megan, Lindsey, and Corey as well as 19 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Imogene Snowden Thomas and his granddaughter, Teresa Dawn Hatton of Frankfort, KY.
He was a long time member of the Beattyville Christian Church. He was a Mason for over 60 years. He was a loving father, grandfather and friend.
Funeral services for Bill Thomas were held Tuesday, September 20, 2005 at 2 p.m. in the Beattyville Christian Church.
Pallbearers were sons: Billy Gene, Bob, Donald, Larry and Michael and grandson, Adam and Corey Thomas.
Newnam Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
