- LULA NANCY ADDISON
Lula Nancy (Dunaway) Addison, 69, of Zoe, KY, wife of Charles Addison, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2005, at her residence.
She was born April 21, 1936, in Beattyville, KY, to the late Elijah and Rosa Ruth (Williams) Dunaway. She was a former cook, a homemaker, and a member of the Church of Christ of Latter Day Saints in Beattyville, KY.
Along with her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Linda (& Bobby) Snowden of St. Helens, KY; two step sons, Eddie Addison of Pensacola, FL, and Michael Addison of Nicholasville, KY; and one step daughter, Jeannie Vaughn of Nicholasville, KY; two brothers, Lloyd Barker “Sonny” Dunaway of Beattyville, KY and Billy Paul Roberts of Lexington, KY; four sisters, Lora Addison, Lois Jean Johnson, Mabel Marie Snowden, and Sylvia Maxine Whisman all of Beattyville, KY; and a host of relatives and friends.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert Lee, Jesse and Butler Dunaway; and two sisters, Stella Dunaway and Clyda Addison.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 6, 2005, at 11 a.m. in the Booneville Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Joe Alexander, Brother Lyle Coltrin and Chaplain Paul Dyer officiating. Burial was in the Snowden Cemetery, St. Helens, KY with Booneville Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
